Tarte with cheese and figs
Ingredients
for 4-6 servings| 250 g | puff pastry |
| 150 g | cream cheese |
| 100 g | grated Le Gruyère Kaltbach |

| 4 | figs |
| 50 g | chopped walnuts |
| honey | |
| thyme | |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200° C.

Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place a pastry sheet on top. Use a knife to cut a frame but not all the way through. Poke the pastry with a fork. Gently spread the cream cheese on top of the puff pastry. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and add Le Gruyère Kaltbach. Return to oven for a further 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Cut the figs in quarters and slices. Arrange the figs and add walnuts. Drizzle with honey and decorate with thyme.
